In addition, The Schroeder Group functions like the businesses it serves. Because of that, it is set up with a centralized management structure. “We hired a lay person to manage the law firm so our attorneys can practice law and concentrate on building their practices,” Stuart Schroeder, CEO of The Schroeder Group states. “We seek out individuals with an entrepreneurial mind set.”
