Additionally, The Schroeder Group holds a monthly dress down day. Employees make donations to wear jeans for the day. All of the funds raised from the dress down days support community organizations. In conjunction with those efforts, The Schroeder Group recycles its aluminum and donates the proceeds monthly to each designated organization.
