Court Grants Injunction Preventing Milwaukee’s
Sick Leave Ordinance from Taking Effect

This morning, Judge Cooper granted the request of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce for an injunction blocking the Milwaukee Sick Leave Ordinance from becoming effective on Tuesday, February 10, 2009.
