Sally A. Piefer
Attorney

PieferSally provides representation in the areas of employment law and general corporate matters. She advises and litigates on behalf of clients with employment discrimination issues, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, and trade secrets and she serves as a quasi human resources department for other employment issues facing employers on a day-to-day basis including drafting employee handbooks and employment policies, employment agreements and best practices in training clients in hiring, terminating and managing employees. Sally also provides advice to business clients with internal investigations and employment compliance matters. Originally a lawyer with a downtown employment law firm, Sally has enjoyed her move to The Schroeder Group, S.C., which provides a broader range of legal services than her former firm did.
