Stuart is the Founder and CEO of The Schroeder Group and has been practicing law for over 28 years. His practice focuses on corporate and business planning, including acquisitions, mergers, and ownership and management succession for both domestic and international corporations, as well as personal estate planning, taxation and real estate needs.
Stuart is involved in numerous organizations, which keeps him informed of the latest issues affecting his clients and enables him to provide the best solutions to those issues.
